How
do I change my individual usercode?
Please e-mail
the site administrator for assistance.
How
do I change my personal code?
Please edit your user information (you
will be required to login again). Click the "change personal code"
box, and then type in your new personal code twice. Once where it says "personal
code," and once where it says "verify." Click the "Submit"
button at the bottom of the page, and the change will take place immediately.
What
if I forget my personal code?
If you forget your personal code, please e-mail
the site administrator. The e-mail must be from the same e-mail account
you used to set-up your account. If possible, please provide your individual
username. Upon verification, the site administrator will send you a new personal
code. This may take up to 72 hours.
Why
can't I take a poll?
Chances are, you are logged in as a guest. Please login
using your individual username, or create
a new individual username. If you are logged in, and no polls are listed when
you try to take a poll, you have probably taken all available polls. If you
feel this is not the case, please e-mail
the site administrator.
Why
can't I take a poll more than once?
We would like this polling site to be a fair and accurate representation of
the public's opinion. In order to accomplish this, users may only take each
poll once.
Why
can't I take a private poll?
Private polls are polls that have been created for a specific corporation or
organization, based on its needs, for its particular target group. A password
is required to access the poll. Without an invitation from the corporation or
organization, users are unable to participate in private polls.
What
happens if I forget to logout?
After 20 minutes of inactivity, this polling site will automatically log you
out.
I
