POLLING QUESTIONS:

CorporateWizards.com™ ("Project Administrator") will assist a Contracting Organization in developing survey questions and answer options for an active poll. A beta-test of the survey questions and answer options, involving up to ten respondents, will be offered at no additional charge. Survey questions and answer options may be modified immediately after the beta-test free of charge, however, once a poll has been activated for the Target Group, the polling questions and answer options may be altered for an additional fee.

POTENTIAL RESPONDENTS:

Represents the size of the group invited to participate in a particular poll, as specified by the Contracting Organization.

TIMING OF POLLS:

Each poll will be active for five calendar days. Should a Contracting Organization desire additional active days, a surcharge of 25% of the original fee will be added for each additional two-day period when performed.

COMMUNICATIONS TO PARTICIPANTS:

Contracting Organizations will be solely responsible for communicating the existence of the poll, and the Private Poll Password to the Target Group. Should a Contracting Organization choose to have the Project Administrator provide communications to the Target Group, a surcharge ($amount TBD) will be added. The Project Administrator will provide recommendations to the Contracting Organization as to appropriate pre-poll communications, if requested, with no additional fee to the Contracting Organization.

DESIGNATED REPRESENTATIVE:

The Contracting Organization will identify a Designated Representative at the start of a contract to act as a point of contact solely responsible for communicating all Contracting Organization orders to the Project Administrator.

ACCESS TO RESULTS:

The results of all Private Polls will be kept confidential by the Project Administrator until further communication is requested by the Contracting Organization. The Contracting Organization will be provided with general updates while the poll is active, if requested, without additional charge.
Once a poll has been closed, all Contracting Organizations will be provided with a written summary of results, both in numeric and graphic form (bar chart). The Project Administrator can provide additional analysis upon request with fee TBD.
