Harlan-Evans, Inc. ("HEI") is a leadership development firm started in 1986. Its corporate training center is based on a 150 acre horse estate in the foothills of the Blue Ridge Mountains one hour outside of Washington D.C..

We are known for our work in helping high level executives to develop and to utilize their intuitive nature in conjunction with analytic processes for decision-making. Our forte is in helping individuals work through those reoccurring style issues that are so destructive to productivity as well as careers. We are particularly skilled in our techniques for managing and constructively winning the Power Games.

The founder of HEI, Toni Lynn Chinoy, has written and published seven books and works extensively, one on one, as an executive coach.
